I will be a free house sitter this summer for a month or for a few months, June thru September, anyplace within the beach climate from San Diego to Santa Barbara.

I am an educated, early-retired guy seeking a cool climate. I owned a home on the Coast Highway in Malibu for ten years and a few years in Santa Monica and then San Diego. Now I’ve moved inland.

I can provide excellent personal and professional references.

You’d be welcome to check out my excellent vintage Craftsman home. It is well cared for and respected. I’ll want to overnight at home one night a week to water the garden. That’s about it. I don’t need much. I carry my laptop. Contact me for more details.
